It describes how Mrs Thatcher first won the leadership of the Conservative party from Edward Heath and then how she was forced out of power years later. The play highlights how the change in her outlook, between when she was challenger and then established leader, was a crucial factor in her downfall...

Edmund Green is a keen theatre goer and former member of the National Youth Theatre who lives with his wife in London. He is an amateur playwright, specialising in political dramas.
