Player Playwrights is back...

Player Playwrights returns with a new season or play readings and events, starting...

Monday 25th September.

The Convictions of Rupert Murdoch by Neil Weatherall

The play is Rupert Murdoch’s origin story. It shows how he came to be someone who sees having moral convictions as a weakness.

Neil Weatherall has written four plays. His latest, ‘Do iPhones dream of electric sheeple?’ received a reading at player-playwrights in 2020, was performed as part of this year‘s Camden Fringe festival, and was described by one reviewer as “a masterpiece“.
