Life After Bill, a dark comedy drama, concerns Aileen, a woman in a dead marriage, who derives pleasure from reading the romantic novels of Barbara Cartland.
A sudden change in her circumstances however, sees Aileen having to deal with some shocking situations far removed from the world created by the Queen of Romance...
Life After Bill, a monologue, has an approximate running time of 50 minutes.
Michael Sharp's work for theatre has been seen on the London Fringe, the Edinburgh Festival and in Paris. Several of his plays have also been produced on radio, both for the BBC and overseas.
