The Spark is a new stage play about the power of lust, love, friendship and football. It's set on a football pitch and deals with young dreams and old betrayals.
Cast includes Jim Mannering, Heather Bleasdale, Fiona McKinnon, Rachel Gaffin, Phil Philmar will narrate, and features new, young actor, Joe Cook.
Ron Fernee has been a professional actor since the 1970S. It is only comparatively recently that he's seriously turned his hand to playwrighting and became a member of PP.
Ron completed an MA in scriptwriting at UAL in 2012, and now submits plays to Radio 4, as well as to fringe and regional theatres.
